MS. Ida Li

Ms. Ida Li holds a Master’s Degree in Financial Accounting from Curtin University. As an experienced accountant, Ida is a subject-matter expert in CRT Insights Technologies’ services team.

Ida has over 7 years of experience working as an ERP functional consultant. She has worked with several world-class ERP systems such as Sage and SAP. Her experience includes implementation, advisory and support of ERP systems for clients in different industries such as retail, and healthcare and financial services.

Ida has strong analytical and problem-solving skills. She is able to understand client's business requirements and translate them into functional ERP solutions.
  

She has experience in gathering and documenting functional requirements, creating functional designs and testing solutions. She is also proficient in using project management tools and methodologies to plan and execute projects.

In addition, Ida also possesses excellent communication and presentation skills. She is able to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and is able to build strong relationships with clients, making her a valuable consultant on any project.
