As an HRD Corp Accredited Trainer under the Ministry of Human Resources in Malaysia, she has extensive experience in conducting
soft skills training.
Lynn has also played an instrumental role in numerous Microsoft
Dynamics NAV/Business Central implementation projects,
enabling clients to build agile and resilient businesses. Her
expertise extends to pre-sales activities, license renewals, and
customer relationship management, strengthening client trust and
ensuring a positive customer experience.
