What is the difference between this app and the standard BC email notifications function?

This app allows you to fully configure your outgoing email information, including:
Customizable Standard Email Subjects

Furthermore in the case of approval requests, Requestors and Approvers will be able to receive email notifications on their document approval status directly in their inbox without having to login to their system to check.

Will I be able to use existing data fields to personalize and auto-populate information in my email information?

Yes, you can select available data fields for the email configuration.
E.g: Inserting the “Customer Name” field in in the email subject will result in each individual email’s subject reflecting the different customer’s name. 

Does this app allow grouping of recipients  or creating a recipient list?  

Yes, you can group recipients into multi-recipient lists.

Am I able to create recipient lists based on conditions? E.g.: Customer A has Customer Email Group A, Customer B has Customer Email Group B etc.

Yes, conditional recipient grouping is available in the app.
E.g.: Recipient list A is for all finance accounts payables recipients to send monthly customer statements.
Recipient list B contains all contact recipients of a particular company, for project progress reports.
Recipient list C contains internal and external recipients involved in a particular sales order.

In the case of an approval request, can both the requestor and approver be kept in the email loop?

Yes, you can easily configure the workflow to include them in the recipient lists or in cc/bcc.

Will I be able to schedule reports based on conditions?

Yes, you can configure reports to be generated based on your required conditions, and set up optional pre-defined schedules for when you want them to be auto-generated. This is especially helpful for reports that you need on a regular basis, so that you won’t have to worry about missing deadlines.

What type of report can use Report Scheduler?

Those report with Starting Date or Ending date auto filled-up in standard. 
E.g: G/L Register, Details Trial Balance, Customer Order Summary, Customer Top 10, Vendor Order Summary, Vendor Top 10, Customer/Item Sales, Vendor/Item Purchase, Inventory Availability etc. and more.

Does this app allow to schedule Report on Aged Account Receivable/ Aged Account Payable / Customer Statement?

Yes, with additional customization required on that report, to add function on auto filled-up Starting Date and Ending Date.

Is the action trigger able to add into another document beside Sales and Purchase?

Yes, with additional customization required based on document request basis.
