COVID-19 continues to impact us all and Malaysian Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin has announced on Monday night (March 16 2020) several measures to restrict movement nationwide in Malaysia, starting from March 18 until 31, in a bid to stem the rising number of coronavirus cases.

We at CRT are committed to ensuring business continuity for our customers, partners, and employees. CRT maintains disaster recovery and business continuity plans for a wide range of situations and during these uncertain times we want you to be re-assured that CRT has instituted and activated the following measures to ensure all sustained provision of our services during the COVID-19 outbreak:

CRT utilizes best practices to support our continuity plans, our employee has the technology assets such as video and online meetings to engage with you directly.
We will be consistently monitoring the Ministry of Health & Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (“CDC”) notifications and guidances, along with continually updated communication to CRT employees about Coronavirus and how to reduce its spread.

We are committed to providing system uptime and business continuity to our partners and customers, while at the same time protecting employees’ health and safety.
